Loving you is my work

Loving you is no less than a work.
It takes all my patience
To wait outside the college gate,
Everyday,
So that I could see you once.

Loving you is no less than a work.
A work that I wish to do till my last breath.

Hiding outside your class
To get a glimpse of you,
"Let's call it a day,
Now when I have seen you."

The first time I saw you,
we were only seventeen.
I was alone on a table
when you entered the canteen.

Inside my head
I had worked for the whole speech,
About how I'll make you talk
And the moment will seize.

Do you think it was the love at first sight?
Well! I don't know about that.
Whatever it was!
It was enough to keep me sleepless that night.

Loving you is no less than a work,
A work which is worship for me.
From morning to evening
My day revolves around you.
From classes to library,
There's no way I can't find you.

Loving you is a work,
A work that I love to do.
Then Why it is taking so long,
To recognise it, for you?
