I just want to drink whiskey
Doesn’t even have to be that great
Gimmie some burn and glow
I wanna forget the morning
I wake everyday
Stretch and look out the window
It’s then I remember we’re in lockdown
Armageddon look alike
The whiskey last night helps
I got a headache and I’m hungover
The way it’s gonna be

I saw salted caramel whiskey the other day and got all excited. I'm not even a "serious" drinker...my daughter calls my version of alcohol dessert. But man, it was tempting...I'd have been on the floor after a single drink though...

Over the weekend my wife got the STARZ network with some online package to watch movies. They kept promoting the hell out of beer over the weekend I started salivating for one. I haven't drank in nearly two years and yesterday was the first time I really wanted one.
It's hard to be lockdown and not give in to temptation. But whatever gets us through the day.

I talk about drinking more than I do it these days.
Its mostly to chill out my mind then for any wild times.
The wild timex were fun but there is a life span on that....
Isolation and lockdown suck but its starting to work.
Being grateful for that !
