"Brexit means Brexit" - you could say you can't beat the logic but it's meaninglessly obscure. Not that that stops a politician spouting it. (In philosophical logic one would say: "The grass is green, if and only if, the grass is green", which in my mind in terms of obscure logic amounts to same thing).
