Depressed
Today is empty and cruel
Hurtful and not
Sad and withdrawn
Uneventful and gone
I cannot feel the hurt
I know its there, but it disappeared
My heart is blank
I want to quit
Leave this nothingness behind
The void has opened up
Swallowed me whole
Maybe with time
I'll find my way home
But today I will sit
And cry
For the feelings that are not there
And the hurt in my bones
