Howl and the Void
Tonight I want to howl at the moon
Leave my mundane little life behind for a brief time
I want to howl at the moon and tell her my frustrations
Instead here I sit once more
Face attending the bright computer screen
The howl slowly fading within me
I wanted to howl but I tamped it down
Is it worth it to stay in "normal" life?
Where do my howls go
Perhaps the great moon could hear me howl
Though I did not let out a peep
For I heard the void calling to me
"Come to me child" it seemed to say
Speed your car...

Dearest Nyx, the gracious night, I praise you now
You brought forth with dark Erebus Hypnos so that I may sleep
Hemera so that the daylight may warm my spirits
Most importantly, you Nyx allow me to see the stars
To praise great Luna of the moon.
Praise to you Nyx for the comfort of night and the new things you abound
Praise to you Nyx for the quiet, the crickets chirping, the stars twinkling, the moonlit lovers

I have done some research on one of the dreams I had. In the dream there was a group of children that were living in a decrepit barn and were covered in dirt and filth. There were over a hundred children living in the barn, I think I might have been the oldest person there and acted much like a mother figure to the children. Suddenly the children started a war within themselves, I did not seem to pick a side or help any of them stay alive or kill each other. Instead I cleaned them up when it was done and scolded them when they walked too close to a scene too gruesome if they were younger....

Last weekend I went to Oddmall with my boyfriend and my best friend. We looked around for ages. There were a lot of people selling stones and I fell in love with four of them. I bought Lapis Lazuli, Crocodile Jasper, and two others. I keep holding them to feel better. Different stones for different moods, but the type of stone I need always changes. Sometimes I need the lapis when I am sad, but sometimes I need the jasper for the same reason. My heart is blank

The void has opened up
Swallowed me whole
