A Legless Outlaw 13.0
(i) FEET
Feet motivated to stand and walk
They want to dance a tango
Sadly can't, I have no legs
(ii) KICK
I want to kick your ass
I want to stomp you senseless
Still, I can bitch slap you
(iiii) DREAMS
In my dreams, I have legs
In my memories, I can't escape
In my childhood nightmares repeatedly raped
(iv) DANCE
Ironically I'm going to valentine's dance
I know I will sit alone
A valentine' cripple is sadly shelved
(v) STARES
I am but half a man
Other half is totally invisible
Why do people still stare blindly
(vi) POINT
Many children just point and laugh
I am fine with their honesty
Many adults show disdain and disgust
(vii) DEMONS
Demons roost on my ugly stumps
Their voices tell me many things
Kill yourself you are without worth
(viii) MARCH
I put my best foot forward
Proudly marching with pipes and drums
Can I Kick it: Oh YES
(ix) SEX
Maybe a sex induced heart attack
Or maybe a sex induced asphyxiation
Seems no legs equals = No Sex!
(x) PET
People are cruel and very strange
For public consumption a sympathetic pretence
Their pet cripple, this cripple kills
(xi) EXPERT
Expert on cunnilingus doesn't need legs
Just a tongue and skilfull fingers
Resting heartbeat of a serial killer
(xii) TAPED
Love the smell of duct tape
Autopsy table wheelchair friendly; right height
I enjoy castrating men, bleeding out

A superb write David and the title is so fitting for the piece. Brilliant work here. Adults can be terrible whilst like you say children it's all black and white so to speak. Kids ask about my son all the time, whilst adults stare and get uneasy. I just join in with him :)
