Sunday, Jan. 26, 2020...
A day as sad as any I’ve ever known.
Eerie too, as I reflect on the moment shown.

There I was, at approximately 9:30 am
engrossed in an online madden game
When IT began...


Revelin’ in my complete destruction of
an opponent by a score of 46 to nil
Things were occurrin’ in real life that
would leave me heartbroken n’ I’ll...

The world just lost, one of the greatest
basketball superstars it’s ever seen
Kobe “Bean” Bryant, LA Laker legend,
Emmy, n’ Oscar winner... though more
importantly a Husband, Father, n’ Coach
to one of his girl’s basketball team...

I’ve long been a huge fan, his abilities
athletically superb, just a pure joy
n’ spectacle to behold, while all
he was aside from that...in the future
would be told

I hurt n’ cry for this depth of loss I feel
For his family, fans n’ all it don’t make sense
n’ I’m damn sure it don’t seem real...

Kobe, you were a past I’ll always remember
n’ as for your precious Lil’ girl Gianna
It is a very sad future a world will never see
I pray that now, in God’s house the two
of you Rest In Peace forever free...


Not forgettin’ the seven others lost
in this tragic event not even a month
gone into a New Year, may God
keep you, n’ watch over your families
that held your love so dear.  😢
