The world's my oyster
But my mum's my pearl,
My dad's my inspiration
And my guide,
For I did fall
You made me stand

Now I'm strong
Up off the floor

To the drink no more

It is a nice little poem. I love how you showcased your appreciation for your parents. It is really well said and shows how much you truly care for them. It sounds like your parents were your heroes. Not all of us get that. It is nice to see something like this. It isn't anything magnificent but it has a beautiful touch to it that makes it great. Well done.
