I feel you

I sit alone staring at walls.
Each moment i hear your calls.
Like a whisper in my ear my heart stalls.
 
I feel your chest in my back.
Your nails in my chest as you scratch.
Upon my neck your lips attach.
 
Your lips grasp my ear lobe softly.
I turn to kiss you but it's just me.
Tears in my eyes i fall to my knee.
 
I can smell you in the air.
Still feel the love we share.
That life altering stare.
 
To hold you one more time.
My desire feels as though a crime.
Now the light in my eye doesn't shine.
 
I still feel the pain in my chest.
I'll hurt til my final breath.
With all this hurt I'll never rest.
