Train Station Tears
Noisy...but I only hear the beating of your heart,
People everywhere...but I only see the sapphire blue of your eyes,
You’re leaving...but I still feel the kiss of your lips,
Slowly… everything is moving so slowly, my heart is bursting within me...
Raindrops...falling all around me,
Thunder...screams out your name,
Lightening...lights up those sapphire blue eyes with tears,
The whistle blows… and you’re gone away,
My only love…

Could be imaginably read to the sound of Duffy's song "Warwick Avenue" (set at London underground station).

This was inspired by an old 40's movie, where a military inductee had to leave his love behind to go to war...
