Tempted to say no (unless you happen to know otherwise). 'Balloon chested' would be my immediate comment. (I don't mind cosmetic jobs that restore the natural shape to what it was before gravity etc set in, exaggerated jobs eg Katie Price don't turn on.)

Trome u got me cracking up laughing. They only looked real to me, because, I'd suck them anyway. Whether she got a surgery job or not, they are still worth the edible candy syrup upon. U alright with that one.
