The thing, the wall , the victory

The air clung like thick soup
My heart rushed
I ran and ran , faster , faster, stumbling , falling
My gods it was around me
It was meta physical, a thing of the spirit world, pure darkness
I couldn’t run fast enough, i fell
I felt its slimy tendrils wrap about me

It was almost physical, the fear
It crept in to my bones , the fear
It paralyzed me , the fear
It made me feel small and vulnerable , the fear

My breath came in short bursts
I cowered by the broken down wall
I Curled into a little ball

I focused inwards
I focused on the pool of red fire within
I focused looking for a connection to the energy stream
I focused touching the damp earth looking for the sea , for the earth, for the fire
I focused praying to Diana
I focused reaching out taping into the universal energy

It started as a warm ball between my hands , the energy
It grew , washing over me , the energy
it drove the fear away, the energy
It empowered me , the energy

My chest moved in and out as i breathed deep, back in control
The energy flooded into me the universe accessed, back in control
I stood strong bathed in the feminine power of the goddess, back in control

I felt it turn in the spiritual , it knew
its blackness reaching for me
I felt it scream at me , i could almost smell its foul breath
I knew i was ready , i stood
I projected the ball of energy

It had a different scream as i channeled the energy given to me by Gaia
It had a different scream as i channeled the energy given to me by diana of the moon
It had a different scream when if felt the pure violence of the stag the god of the woods

I stood connected to the universe to my mother and my father, i stood strong
And it took to wing and disappeared with one final scream of hatred and frustration

Praise the goddess
Merry Part
