Appreciate just what you got.
My, oh, my, what a beautiful life
When the sun goes down, Day turns to night.
I look around. I'm mesmerized
By the brownist ground to the bluest Sky's.
Appreciate just what you got,
Because alot of people ain't really got alot.
And know where you're from because some forgot.
You could be that bum sitting on that sidewalk.
With a story to tell and sounds so sad, About a tweeked mom and creep step dad.
He hates there guts. They hate him back.
They've both done things they can't take back.
I Take this time to reflect on life.
God gives us sign so we know what's right.
Then when we die, He provides us light,
With a promise of meeting in the aftertlife.
When the sun goes down, Day turns to night.
I look around. I'm mesmerized
By the brownist ground to the bluest Sky's.
Appreciate just what you got,
Because alot of people ain't really got alot.
And know where you're from because some forgot.
