Namaste

since before my divorce
and then opening up
to losing someone,
moving three times in
nineteen months
i have tended to not
socialize

my mom is worried
for me
not having some sort
of community
she recommends church

i hate to disappoint
but for myself
i have found that to be
an unhealthy community
and one which I parted ways with
at seventeen

for me the trees
are the largest and most honest
community in which i prefer
to get lost
