Sudden Destruction

WHEN RUSSIA ATTACKS AMERICA, THAT IS THE "SUDDEN DESTRUCTION" THAT OCCURS AT THE RAPTURE
We read that the Rapture occurs at a time of "sudden destruction" (1 Thessalonians 4.17-5.3).  
That view is confirmed by 2 Thessalonians 2.3 which says, "the Rapture cannot come except the Man of Sin be revealed, the SON OF DESTRUCTION."  
To paraphrase it, "the Rapture occurs at the time of the revealing of the SON OF DESTRUCTION."
But Son of Destruction means THE DESTROYER.
So a better paraphrase is: "the Rapture occurs when the Destroyer gets revealed."
Revealed by what??  
Presumably, by the act of destruction that he authorizes.  
What kind of destruction are we talking about here ??!!
Well "the Man of Sin" here is called "the King of the North" back in Daniel 11.36-45.  
(Compare Dan.11.36-37 to 2 Thess.2.4.)
So the Destroyer will be the head of the government of a nation.
And governments build up military forces.  
So the destruction that the Destroyer will launch would have to  
come in terms of the military might of his nation.
This is confirmed in Revelation 13.7 which says the Antichrist ("the Beast") will "MAKE WAR AGAINST THE SAINTS.."  
 Of course, "the saints" refers to the Christians (and the Jews)- the nations predominantly Christian.
While 1 and 2 Thessalonians are implicit about the war which the Destroyer will launch, Rev.13.7 is EXPLICIT about it !!
 
Which nation will "make war against the saints and overcome them, gaining power over every..nation"(Rev.13.7)?!!
 The aggressor would have to be a SUPERPOWER nation.  
For if a lesser nation tried to take over the world by making war, one of the superpowers could wipe them out.
There are only two superpowers: the USA and Russia.
(China is about 10 years away).  
Since America isn't going to make war against the Christian countries, of which it is one,  
this leaves Russia as the obvious choice for the aggressor nation.
Yes, RUSSIA - RUSSIA - RUSSIA !!!  
So this explains just what the "sudden destruction" is at the Rapture: it will be Russian Attack upon America !!  
PS: but how can Russia escape our retaliatory strike??!!  
Well, Russia ended the Cold War, freed Eastern Europe, etc in order to trick the USA into disarming.  
 Over the last 30 years we have steadily DISARMED til now our nuclear arsenal is only a shadow of its former glory !!  
 Russia can bomb us with impunity - due to our government's stupidity !!  
Yes, we believed "the lying wonder" (or wonderful lie), the "strong delusion" that Russia was changing into a democracy.  
 And we acted on that belief by disarming.
So now comes the part about our "perishing"(2 Thess.2.9-11).  
By disarming, we are INVITING Russian Attack !!
