you have never known a creature as myself
i grew from the soil
all else was born from my secrets
overflowing from my belly as wilderness
and from my long dark hair as rain
but also like a tiger
much preparation went into
this honeyed defiance
to take it seriously
yet my skin is rosewood and i have
cultured the sandalwood from myself
but that does not mean
i will be tamed

The descriptors paint a very organic, earthy portrait. Metaphors are intriguing. I've been sitting here a while thinking about them. Overall I feel like the write is about self love and acceptance and has a lovely energy about it. <3

I’m definitely trying. The extreme temps are in the midst of returning so the fight continues. The break in all this should be back in flux around mid next week.
