He watches,
from up high on my wall.
He's never impressed
or happy, he just hangs there
kinda waiting yet always knowing
everything will always be melancholy,

I own this painting. I found it in a resale shop. Its just signed T.B. out of all my art he is my favorite. He has a million stories to tell, all hes seen from high upon a wall.

Wow, what a great find. I wonder what inspired the original artist to paint this, the square outline of the forehead and the narrow jawline seem to me more like a mask, masking something and that's the beauty of interpreting art, subjective to each.
