Agony!
I wonder if our sins could ever be forgiven,
I wonder what we did, could ever be undone.
An ineffable pain is aging inside our heart
What left behind is our time to realize!
Under the shadow of our egos, we clenched his heart,
And drowned his soul into the whirlpool of our pride.
…………………………………………………………………………
I miss him! I miss his touch over my face,
I miss the time when I felt he was so real.
I could see the stardust dropping from the sky,
When his tiny little fingers touched mine.
He enfolded our lives with happiness and joy,
In return he gulped the poison of our incessant noise.
…………………………………………………………………………..
Climbing the wall of our ignorance, he lost his essence,
And here we are! holding his ashes on our hands.
Nothing can bring him back, no one can fill his absence,
He rests in the most painful memories of our lives.
We tried so hard to sow the seeds of love
But we failed to cultivate the beautiful mind around us….
I wonder what we did, could ever be undone.
An ineffable pain is aging inside our heart
What left behind is our time to realize!
Under the shadow of our egos, we clenched his heart,
And drowned his soul into the whirlpool of our pride.
