Harvesting of Peace

Can peace only be found in distant, foreign lands?
Where there are ocean front views of beach sands
How can clouds of gray stay hovering up above?
Except when you fly away in planes like a dove

Love is what we need in order to push through
They say trying times are inevitable and it's true
Either we're in, coming out or headed into a storm
But what do you do when storms become the norm?

Soldier on until you've won or can no longer stand
Leaning on other's shoulders is what life demands
Being a man doesn't mean doing it all on your own
Allow yourself to reap the harvest of the seeds you've sown
