From A Notebook I Found in the Dumpster off the Corner of First and Main (I was Hungry(

"I'd like to
un-introduce myself.
That is,
I find myself lacking
in everyway in what it would mean
to be a part of the rest of you.
That is,
I bear more resemblance to gardens,
hills, etc,
Than in the fair or rotten skin of man.
That is,
I cannot feel homeward bound
in the company of strangers,
warriors, inventors, speakers,
leaders,
it's only in the comfort of
illusion,
dissonance,
fiery pastures,
swamps,
and in the sight of the absolute meaninglessness of
the potentially satirical abysss of uncertainty
that I feel welcome.

haaaaa...

Freedom is like a lazy day,
hours and hours passing away...
Glaring into greying eyes,
Perking a smile,
matching sigh for sigh.

Hush!!!
Unexpected, much unexpected!
While I daydream thousands and thousands die!
But I let them, we let them.
Who cares really?
I guess an evil flower isn't such a bad idea,
we'll watch it grow,
and at every corner be at a loss,
"are you beautiful?"
"aren't you lovely?"
"Oh how I could pray to you!"

In my microcosm,
there are three brick buildings,
with doors framed in blue,
The city is a background for drudgery.
It's day after day,
not knowing if I will ever know anything,
my history of abstraction!!
First there is the group of integers,
and the dihedrals, and the symmetric group.
Every group is isomorphic to a subgroup of some
symmetric group!
We find the Sylo p-subgroups,
and factor groups and rings and fields,
fields over algebras,
the vector bundles and cohomology.
I'm in love with Grothendieck!!

We both saw the darkness
and wanted to jump into it,
we've suffered ever since ---"

It ends there.
I just hope him and Grothen-whatever
find what they are looking for!
We all deserve love.
