This is what I consider a poetic snapshot; a brief moment captured very well.
I would suggest formatting it like so, so each aspect can be savored
"Hatred sits upon his throne of skulls and bones
wearing a crown of fire and a robe of blood
and thinks on how to kill
Love."
Consider replacing "and thinks on" with "contemplating" - the K-consonance of it will work much better with "skulls", "kill" and "crown".
