I live
In a fantasy
My head
In the clouds
Never looking
Never seeing
Face
Covered
In shrouds
Thunder bellows
Lightning strikes
The heavens
They open
Masking tears
Of false hope
That once
Was believed in
Washing away
Dreams
That were
Never real
Rain hitting
Like daggers
Cold heart
On warm steel
Breathing in
Bleeding out
Silent screams
Hear me shout
Am
I
Alive???
