close my eyes
I only dream of you with in my hands so I stay a wake so I don’t dream as I am setting here with you on my mind so I might as well close my eyes for eternity so I don’t have to feel my mouth thirst for you inside but my mind is frozen inside I can’t even think of nothing but you I look into the stars above and wish for you if I could only taste you upon my lips feel you with in my grip my mind has no peace for it my addiction I’m dreaming of and to hold seeing my face within the mirror drives me mad I can taste the drain feel the buzz with inside of me mind the cravings are driving me mad an insanity is breaking out with in this body of mine God keep me straight and in a sober mind I just wish I could close my eyes and get my addiction off my mind

I find that a distraction always helps-- IE reciting a song or focusing on an object whenever you start to think about whatever it is you're addicted to.
its all about conditioning (Operant conditioning to be exact) your mind, remember its a muscle, so you should exercise it to keep it healthy :p
