Like an incandescent waterfall,
the fires that burn within
burst into a display
of heat and light
as we become one breath.

Looking deep in her eyes,

I watch our love unfold

celestial path,

A paralyzing essence
that is so exquisite.


I have come to find a tranquility
there, a shelter in her touch,
melting my tears from ice
and evaporating them

only to feed the birth
