My new mother.

All i have is my friends
and my father
I grew up without
my mother

Her and I
We got into a fight
now I'm disowned
and I see a light

My father said she lies
in which i found out
he wasn't lying
years of it I shut out

She has been in my life
for the last five years
and for those five she
lied through her teeth

One of my fathers friends
she was my "mother"
Treated me like shit
but because she loved me

I realized this now
17 years it took though
She never lied to me
only time she did

was when she was trying
to protect me
She is why I am the way I am today.

I wish I got to see my brother and sister
but I can't go back to that liar
My real mother told me years ago
"I'm going to take you to see..."

"I'll bring you down here"

"I'll do this, I'll do that"
