Engarnished Spheres Proclaim these Southern Hills – Sonnet Three
Engarnished spheres proclaim these southern hills,
That seem to find their shape in vernal light,
That part in graceful curve, as line fulfills,
The graceful gape and rill of their delight.
Where forests once consumed their far expanse,
There now are only baring's shapely roll.
Where once were cleared, their shapely views enhance,
From north to south, their spread, my praise extol.
How lost I’m found within their rise and fall,
Their subtle ins and outs, where waters chase
In runs between the shears of their withdrawal
And increase with my depth and gait apace.
These treasured hills so welcome my explore,
That seeks their treasured coming praise implore.
