CURE

Light can fall in the darkest of places
In the simplest way to capture a moment
It's up to you to embrace it

I want an intelligent mind that can read between the lines of where I have walked
Brave enough to pull me close every time I run away

To understand me is to understand yourself
Giving up is never an option
Evolving from failure is always a choice

If you cannot grow from your own mistakes
Or forgive yourself with honesty
Then rid me of your own deception

Perfection is not a suitable affection for my soul is far from whole
If you can not rise above your own self inflicted wounds
Then I am certainly not the cure for your own repetitive affliction
