Sleeping Beauty

Peach skin uncovered by the dawn
Each ray to burnish with its brush
 Uncovered limbs with its onrush
Silk sheets their touch as purple night
In still life drawn the damsel lies
Slumbers in recumbant paradise
That form and grace, such pastel hue
Atop the folds and covers strewn
Her foetol curve is wombs rebirth achieved
Beguiles the morning creeping so naive
All her dreams so locked in cotton wool
The bed of life left to fulfill
Sunrise when our clock will be refreshed
Beauty sleep and picture of content
Rise and be tomorrows Miss, I have dream't
