Before i usually keep to myself and suppress all my emotions anytime i get hurt or when something is bothering me and sometimes i don't really get up from the fall because i'm holding so much in. But I've learnt to do better now.

i would have to agree for only you can reset and rebuild your life and world into your own dream for its all up to you to make the changes that are needed within the equation of ones own life another inspiring piece

I've seen people get by allowing their thoughts control the outcome results of their situations and it really did not end well.
