Vietnamese Hot sauce and Ice Coffee are my favs from that country!
I love lots of Mexican and Jamaican Hot sauces, too, but the Vietnamese works for me because while being HOT the super hot doesn't mess with me later (the other hots I have to eat pickled ginger to avoid the acid-reflux)

I try to not do the Traditional medicinal remedies.
I don't even take aspirin for headaches --- peppermint oil to the temples (Aroma Therapy) is the way to go for me.

spilling just comes naturally to me but i suspect to others also, it's just think their spills are crap.
