Surrender (Curtal Sonnet)

A dream, I'm told, is always the best place
To refresh memories; it's beautiful
When dusk veils earth in a dark, velvet hue;
Intense, lustful evenings harshly trace
That rosy flush upon my cheeks that cool
As all those bruising, violet shades accrue;

As night ends in a lavender sunrise,
It's blessed, as are my thighs with released fuel;
You spill, because you never have to choose
When the moon fades or how I realise
Surrender.
