Uprising
“...every nerve in my body is at attention...
they all know you are close and they are searching for your touch…
...skin breathing separate from my lungs...
wanting so badly to smell your scent in the air around me…
...ears are on overdrive listening for your voice...
that giggle that drives my soul to heaven and drops it off at Peters gate…
...fingertips acting alone, renegades of touch...
reaching out with tantalizing tentacles tingling...
tasting with tactile tongues lapping indicatory sensory notes...
...my hearts beat has decided to take it’s on path - an out of body experience -
the trip of organized organs uprising against the mindless mind minding its own business trying to patiently be patient while becoming a patient of impatience as everything shuts down for shear lack of you…
...you, the palpitation of my heart...
the soft ebb and flow of my blood…
...and me...lost in Times timeless pastime
of driving a lovers heart mad...waiting…”
