Sermon: He Died Of A Broken Heartđź’“
Let me first start by saying that I am constantly editing this story because someone keeps deleting what I had previously written.
Introduction: The Role Of Primary Care Physicians
"A primary care physician is a specialist in family medicine, general internal medicine or general pediatrics who provides definitive care to the undifferentiated patient at the point of first contact, and takes continuing responsibility for providing the patient's comprehensive care." https://www.aafp.org/about/policies/all/primary-care.html
The Hippocratic Oath: Is it Still Held Sacred In Today's Medical Profession
I have listed two websites, one has the original Hippocratic Oath, and an updated version and the other website is an article on the shift from traditional Oaths to personalized ones.
"I swear by Apollo the physician, and Aesculapius the surgeon, likewise Hygeia and Panacea, and call all the gods and goddesses to witness, that I will observe and keep this underwritten oath, to the utmost of my power and judgment. I will reverence my master who taught me the art." https://www.medicinenet.com/hippocratic_oath/definition.htm
Medical students make a variety of promises at graduation and white coat ceremonies — and even write their oaths. What they include, from social activism to self-care, would surprise Hippocrates. https://www.aamc.org/news-insights/solemn-truth-about-medical-oaths
The Oaths taken by graduating medical students in service to the human community are some of the most important and necessary binding words to be spoken. But for many, these Oaths are mere sentiments that hold no weight of significance in their moral fibers if they have little or any at all. From doctors during the trans-Atlantic slavery period, the American civil war years, and post-slavery reconstruction. Through Americas segregated Jim Crow South, and European colonialization into the continent of Africa in places such as Namibia, Congo, and South Africa. Doctors and social scientists have had unprecedented unrestraint in what can only be described as total unremorseful dominion over the bodies of people of color and the right to commit uninhabited and absolute violence without the worry of ever having to face any repercussions from their victims, if any survived, their families or courts of law anywhere on earth. Black and Brown people were not the only victims at the hands of sadistic doctors. The Nazi party in Germany led one of the most brutal extermination campaigns during the twentieth century. A genocidal campaign that included, experimentation, forced labor, torture, and mass killings on a scale that had never been seen before.
In the 1940s physician, James Marion Sims of South Carolina, (called the “father of modern gynecology,” developed pioneering tools and surgical techniques related to women’s reproductive health) conducted notorious and debilitating experimental gynecological surgeries exclusively on enslaved women. His victims were shackled to surgical tables using physical force, without anesthesia. White American Medicine has had a long unethical and shameful history of using destroying black bodies for their health benefits and financial gains. Just look at the Tuskegee syphilis experiment, Henrietta Lacks, and the clinical non-therapeutic medical experiments on prison inmates at Holmesburg Prison in Philadelphia.

History is important, it always is. It gives up analytical tools which we can use to explain previous issues and provide us with insight into patterns in our present way of thinking and world environments and helps us by forming insightful frameworks for understanding and solving potential problems in the foreseeable future.
CHAPTER 2: How Did We Get Here
When I moved to Charlotte in 2004 and became settled in my career field, I needed to look for a primary care doctor and a dentist. I found both without trying very hard. Dr. Mathew Moll at CMC University(Currently Atrium Health), a former Pittsburgh PA native and Steelers fan, and Dr. Felisha Burgess DDS (5232 Albemarle Rd, Charlotte, NC 28212, she has since disappeared). I have had nothing but great experiences with both for many years. Dr. Moll however did not continue with his great care and his reasons are unknown to me. I began to notice a shift in his responsibilities as my doctor went to him complaining of chest pain, swollen lower legs and feet, blurred vision and eye color change, low libido, the inability to become erect, and low to no sperm production.
During the beginning of the 2018 fall season whenever I turned on my air conditioning unit at night I felt particles in the air. There was a build-up of dust on my eyelashes and in the fine hairs of my nostrils. There was also black sud blowing out of the vents. I went into the leasing office to fill out a work order and requested that the leasing office manager assign maintenance workers to replace the AC filter the same day. After breathing whatever was in the air, my body felt stressed. I could feel my chest tightening all day, even after drinking a lot of fluids to flush out my system. Sometimes I would receive instructions from the Synthetic telepathy transmission instructing me not to drink a lot. Small dead flies would appear all over my apartment, but I knew that was due to the exterminator. My windows were not sealed properly due to rainy weather eroding the brickwork, and several floodings from my neighbor's apartments above. I would clean everything, including walls, furniture, clothing, bath towels, and bedding weekly to ensure my apartment was free of mold and fungus. The exterminator would also fumigate my apartment every week. I'd vacuum every day. All my photography and lighting equipment are kept in enclosed storage, therefore, keeping them safe from any potential damage. On other occasions, I felt like I was being gassed. My entire felt heavy, my legs would become wobbly, and my right hip, lower back, and fingers would frequently feel painful. My eyesight began to blur, and I was unable to experience erections. When I pee I was not able to feel myself urinating. There were times I thought I had finished, but then my underwear would be wet.
About three months ago, I came home from taking a brief trip into the city and when into my kitchen to open one of the cabinets above. While reaching upwards I felt a painful cramping sensation in my heart. Immediately after, I began receiving Silent Sound/synthetic telepathy communication instructing me to not leave my apartment and go to the emergency room. And I should take an aspirin daily to help alleviate any discomfort I was experiencing.
Two weeks went by and the symptoms got worse. I went to the Emergency Room and explained what I was experiencing. They did an EKG, checked my vitals, drew blood to determine if I had experienced a heart attack, and took x-rays of my chest. The doctors told me there were no signs of a heart attack because my Troponin levels were okay. I was discharged with a prescription for baby aspirin to be taken once a day.
A few days went by and I was still feeling not 100%. One night I was having what I thought was a normal dream until I was feeling every motion. I was in rim sleep or rest mode. I was being chased and had to leap off a cliff where there was a tree below with branches for me to grab onto to break my fall. It felt exactly like Virtual Reality Technology. My heart began beating faster, and when I opened my eyes I could feel it pounding through my ears. I dialed 911 and went to a different hospital, while in the ambulance I was given a nitroglycerin tablet which helped to increase blood flow, and my heart rate started lowering. I was given the same exams. This time though they did three EKG'S with blood work and another x-ray to see whether the size of my heart was normal. The result of the first two was abnormal and was told that something was wrong with the machines. I was given a discharge and no medications were prescribed.
About a few weeks went by, and I was laying on my couch reading, my heart paused for about three seconds then I felt it reset and started functioning again. Last summer I was also laying on my couch when my lungs stopped functioning. I was thinking breathe and I could not. It felt like the signal that my brain sent to my lungs telling it to breathe was severed. After five seconds my lungs began functioning again. I did not go to the emergency room then because I was receiving synthetic telepathy asking me to trust them and remain at home.
I got up, hopped on the bus and then the train, and headed to Atrium University hospital. This time my EKG reading was abnormal. The doctor ordered an MRI to check for any blockages. There were no signs of a blockage or any other abnormalities such as holes, tears, or cracks. I was referred to a cardiologist and sent home. I went to the cardiologist about a week after and explained my ongoing dilemma. He ordered an ultrasound. I got the ultrasound and was told that my heart was not functioning normally and that whatever happened had weakened it. It was deficient by at least thirty percent in its functionality. He prescribed Metoprolol Tartrate to be taken twice a day. After a week I was feeling better.
Another few weeks went by when the area around the heart and the back of the heartfelt painful and tender. I sleep on my right side because any pressure to my left cause the heart to pump harder. I also wake up on the same side that I fall asleep on. I began waking up on my left side unable to shift my position for at times up to twenty seconds. I felt anchored to being on my left while my heart was pounding as it tried to pump blood throughout my body. My chin would be buried into my chest obstructing the flow of air. My head and body felt numb from lack of blood flow. I would have to force myself up and dash to the door to open it and inhale deeply allowing oxygen into my body before I was to black out. The fresh air helped to get the blood flow going but the pain I was experiencing in the heart area became increasingly unbearable. At times it felt like Brillo was being rubbed against it. Other times it was sharp spiking pain. My lungs also started to hurt. In the morning I went to the emergency room at the first hospital and the doctors did another EKG, x-ray, blood work, and MRI of my lungs and chest. I was told that everything looked normal. They read my chart and knew what the cardiologist discovered. I showed them the tablets and was once again discharged.
A few weeks went by and the Synthetic Telepathy transmissions became increasingly unbearable. I stayed home a lot because it was cold out and I needed to rest a lot to allow the medications to help make my heart stronger. I had another appointment with the cardiologist and he ordered another ultrasound. In between then, I visited the emergency room whenever something didn't feel right. Something seemed strange, my health was being subverted. The use of mind control along with coercive persuasion techniques through silent sound, voice-to-skull, and this virtual reality technology was becoming overwhelming. After the second ultrasound, the cardiologist told me that looked much better and prescribed Lisinopril another blood pressure medication (taken once daily) to additionally aid in getting my heart back into normal functioning range.
The combination of the two medications seems to be doing okay but there was a day when I went to the grocery store and tasted a piece of sushi. I have eaten it before but sometimes a different cook makes it and at times it tastes kinda hot. This time it tasted extremely salted, and the seaweed wrapped was very slimy in texture. The next morning I felt sick as if I was coming down with a flu-like virus. Good thing I had gotten my flu shot the month before. I did not catch a cold but my hip (busted hip flexor) started to hurt very badly. It was painful to walk and I was concerned that it would start bleeding internally again. I was also worried about cramping up. I eat very healthy, veggies, salads, beans, rice, produce, leafy greens, and lean meats, mainly chicken, turkey, and pork. Rarely eat red meat. I limit my meat intake to twice a week. Plenty of water, coconut water, sugar intake once weekly, brown sugar only. Multivitamins, and supplements for eye, and vision support. I walk a lot when I'm able to, I cannot lift or do any extraneous exercises especially contact sports.
About a week ago I dialed 911 around five-thirty on a Friday morning because my heart stopped beating again. I heard two very loud sounds about four seconds apart "thump, thump" my body felt cold and I started experiencing a disturbing amount of shortness of breath, traveling chest pain, heart palpitations, and body spasms. I also felt my body beginning to stretch, my penis was not erect yet it began to harden while my heart had long pauses in between beating. I began gasping for air and forced myself to get up and open my front and patio doors for some fresh air. I told the EMT people to take me to the second hospital emergency room, it's a little longer trip but with all the additional information in the medical chart maybe someone can give me a diagnosis that I can identify as being relatable to my experiences. During this ordeal, I found myself constantly using my left hand to catch that are suddenly falling. This gives a jolt to the heart and would begin to worry about causing it to rip.
I explained the issue, the doctors had an EKG, blood work, x-ray, and another MRI done. The doctors said it seems like I was experiencing symptoms that were consistent with cardiomyopathy. Cardiomyopathy is also known as broken heart disease because there are three categories. Go figure 🙂 I was wondering why they were transmitting they were going to break my heart after I did not purchase a Christmas Tree as I was instructed to do. Bitch I'm an Atheist, but I do like Christmas, not Christ Mass.
My racist Arian neighbor who lives above me always seems to be awake at night whenever I experience these symptoms. Sometimes it is kind of weird because I hear his loud footsteps walking away from directly above me every single time.
