Don't burn outside,
don't yell aloud,
don't push the person,
who took you down.
When fires burn red of rage,
cooled with painful ice.
Don't cry out.
Don't lose that mask.
Simple.
make it go away,
forget-
everything this day.
To lose mind,
heart and soul.
Burning raging,
icy shell,
smile on,
you forgot well.
Inside screaming out,
inside anger boils,
in the depths of heart,
all problems squeeze.
Deep down in mind,
anger is company,
sorrow lurks behind eyes,
hidden truth...
somewhere here they lie.
Forget.
All is to be left,
release that now,
and carry mask,
forget
the day
forget
the moment
forget it all.
and cool it down.
