Deep inside me,
There's a longing.
A longing to be free,

A longing to be what I am meant to be.

I long to be free from the shackles of society.
I long to be free from the
the cage of my ignorance.
I long to be free from the bias towards my gender.
I long to be free from the limitations set by society because of my sex.
I long to be free, I long to be just me.

I want to be me that others do not see.
The me that longs to be what it wants to be.
The me who has dreams to fly and soar.
The me whose heart can love much more.

Deep inside me,
There's a dream
That needs fulfilling

There's a hope
That sees the silver lining

There's a love
That is overflowing.
