I Am The Rain
I am the summer rain that falls
To drench your summer days
I take away the summer heat
That warms your summer nights
I am the soft raindrops
falling
On autumn afternoons
That mourns for the falling leaves
Scattered on the ground
I am the tiny snowflakes
falling
On some cold winter nights
That covers trees and mountaintops
In bright caps of white
I am the gentle rain
that falls
On a bright spring day
I kiss the flowers and the trees
That blooms and blossoms in May
I am the rain that floods the ground
When clouds are heavy and grey
I am nature's wonderful gift to life
To quench Earth's thirst away
To drench your summer days
I take away the summer heat
That warms your summer nights
I am the soft raindrops
falling
On autumn afternoons
That mourns for the falling leaves
Scattered on the ground
I am the tiny snowflakes
falling
On some cold winter nights
That covers trees and mountaintops
In bright caps of white
I am the gentle rain
that falls
On a bright spring day
I kiss the flowers and the trees
That blooms and blossoms in May
I am the rain that floods the ground
When clouds are heavy and grey
I am nature's wonderful gift to life
To quench Earth's thirst away
