actually as a poem it's not bad at all.
short, but it does get across what you/narrator are feeling.
if it were mine i might change the title a bit so it's not the first line as well.

i didnt mean to b an asshole. i actually just got out of rehab because of my own addiction. it took me a month to get a bed because the place was full. when i got there their were several ppl there for weed, ppl that when u talk to it was obvious they didnt need to be there. there are kids dying in the street waiting for help but assholes like that are taking the place of ppl that really need/want the help. its a touchy subject for me, again i apologize.
