Your Essence I Breathe

besides my salvation  
of excepting Christ my Lord  
and that He died on the cross  
crucified for all inhabitants in the world
to cleanse our sins away  
with His precious blood  
 
celebrating joy is never over  
between you & me  
feeling our luv is an everlasting  
blessing given to us from above  
happiness we weren’t denied  
 
YOU are my greatest gift  
He has bestowed upon me  
spiritual graceful luv gifted  
from His heart to ours  
souls forever connected  
thru silent times that exist  
 
in this lifetime and there after  
I will not forget pure sacredness that bonds us  
we are one soul ~ spirit ~ heart  
forever soulmates despite distance of an ocean  
or words of silence for however long  
 
when a rainbow appears  
as clouds silence tears of rain  
its beautiful colors  
slowly fade into heavens horizon  
leaving an eternal smile from its beauty  
just as our luv has deep within me  
 
wonder if you knew your last words  
would truly be our last shared  
perhaps certain words as “————“  
weren’t meant to be written between us  
wish I knew if I’m to except our end  
or keep my heart branded with purple hearts  
with your initials carved deeply inside  
or maybe blotch out the memory in black  
but that won’t heal curiosity  
of not knowing your demise plaguing me  
 
was thinking of you at Christmas  
(as with everyday and moment)  
felt a touch when my eyes teared up  
knew it was you without a doubt  
you’re my Guardian Angel of light  
shining within me every breath I take  
inhaling your essence as I breathe  
your tender spirit reached for mine  
sending a hug of comfort and luv  
from YOU~ wherever you might be
