My expriences with agony have shown that it is another form of blessing. As in this book I am reading that you recommended, Antifragile, we grow by facing adversity.

Yes. I already recommended Antifragile to a couple of friends and to my therapist. I found the concept of post traumatic growth particularly relevant to my experiences this year.
