I pulled up outside the apartment
I couldn't resist
she stood on the balcony
just a bra
no panties
the slow burn of her cigarette
smouldering like my mood
the advantage of the upper floor
the heat of summer
tanning her fine body
those wrap-around legs
that very spot
pushing against her
our ravenous mouths
unconcerned with air
a beautiful moment
sullied
by the dude
who just followed her out.
