Supression

Suppression

Free will is what I am told I have
In actuality I am a slave

Caught in a web of guilt and imperfection
Trying to do right, but in me the wrong surfaces strong
Then the guilt kicks in and beat me all day long

A woman is supposed to behave and act decently
She builds up her house and not tears it down
All these emotions take over, causing a real frown

Sexually be submissive otherwise you’re considered a harlot
My mind says submit, but my dominance says F*** it

Having a good image and good character meant something to me at one time
Supression  was part of this persona

Suppression is another form of control and I allowed it to get the best of me
I no longer care about all these things, I have busted these chains and now free from those restraints

Fuck you supression, I am not a saint
