Stake Out

Cops hunkered down in every seat
A surveillance gig on Chester Street
Eyes peeled for every fool and skank
Suspects out to score some crank

Problem is the black RV
Parked exactly at thirteen to three
Dead giveaway by morning light
The cops, it seems, are not too bright

They wait it out another day
Burn some rubber, drive away
The dealers come and buyers go
They can afford to take it slow.
