i sit in dakness and silence to think,
to clear my head of everything,
yet it surrounds me with visions of the past
and whispers of familiar voices,
and i ask myself the question,
"what can i do to forget everything?

Wow this poem really reminds me of me at times. I turn that voice dwn and work to a better me. Even expressing urself thru such creativity helps. Good to hear that :) I write about things in my past that i'v gotten over too. Its crazy how situations can really bring you to a stronger place.
