Your going down that same narrow path
Be aware of your actions. Think of the aftermath.
They say the only result of this choice is a broken heart.
But i never make mistakes and im not about to start.
they say dont make rash decisions
you may reconsider
i say if i do i miss my chance and never get to be with her
you see we hesitate within ourselves
we try to recreate what serves us well
but we miss opportunities
always to be consumed with these.....feelings of deep sorrowful regret
keeping our pain inside a secret
trying to hide from our peers
but instead we unearth our fears
we lose what we never had before
in a battle and we already know the final score
we lose everything we hold near and dear
they are scattered there and here
before the thing we wanted in the first place
those few seconds of doubt cost you the shelter of stability you built out of the uncertainty of others,your discoveries under covers,the experiences of past lovers. Those things dont matter. Whats even sadder is....the thing we want is LOVE.
