Writer's Block

I sit tired, lack of sleep
Head bowed down to my feet
Trying hard but cannot think
Pass through the day

Writer's block i cannot stop
Tick tock, click of the clock
There is no rest to my mind rot
What can i say?

Energy is needing me
But i feel distant
Wide awake i sit and dream
Is this existence?

Shall i shade myself from muse?
What words should i use?
Why brain is so confused.
Refused expression

I pour nothing forth
No lightning in the storm
This headache might contort
Unused depression

If i can fall back on anything,
It would be to sleep
Wishing i could lay down
Fall back below me.

If i could contact any dream
It would be sleep
Heavy is that wears the crown
Become the pillow king

Drooling at the idea
Silent onimonipia
Quiet insomnia
What'll make it stop?

Inhale just to cough
Until it all wears off
I've found i might be lost
Thoughts of writer's block
