When did you ever notice, the sexes not the same
Our differences indicative of how we play the game
It's even more apparent when we face off in the nude

Entertaining and informative read, which accounts well for the physical differences between the sexes. A scene easy to visualise, like a sex education film. Favourite lines:

I like the meter and rhyme. I had sort of concluded that iambic septameter gives verse a mock-seriousness, and this write makes me more convinced of this.
Were you intentionally using mostly seven feet per line, or did that just fall out as you wrote this? I am curious about the creative process that others follow. I usually start with a plan that includes the story idea and what meter to render it in, but I always wonder how other poets get going.

Thanks for visiting and commenting. Sometimes I plan the meter but typically let the words and story dictate the meter. Sometimes I change in midstream. To me meaningful rhyme takes precedent over all else. sometimes word subtraction or addition must be implemented to make metric sense. I'm old school. if it doesn't rhyme it's not poetry.
