Morning Dew
They were so in love & in sync that they scribed on the pages in ink
It was them against the world until they reached their final blink
On the brink of creating Pulitzer Prize worthy novels
Bond unbreakable with passion flowing like water out of nozzels
Unstoppable is how one could define the trajectory of their love
Doing a buck fifty swiftly as they soared through the clouds above
Their love was the type that you only heard about in fairytales
Knew each other so well that they could tell all of each other's intricate details
The way they each smelled, how they each tasted when their face was in the place
Even if their memories were erased they'd still run back to each other like a race
At a sprinters pace that even Usain Bolt couldn't fathombly compete
Their speed had onlookers wondering if they even had two feet
And between the sheets they were well versed on each other's erogenous zones
She knew what time it was when he played Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On"
Their favorite song to make love to until the break of dawn
Never coming up for air until rain appeared like the morning dew on the lawn
It was them against the world until they reached their final blink
On the brink of creating Pulitzer Prize worthy novels
Bond unbreakable with passion flowing like water out of nozzels
Unstoppable is how one could define the trajectory of their love
Doing a buck fifty swiftly as they soared through the clouds above
