Round and round we go

Planned for forever with someone in mind
Only to find that person has someone more significant in theirs live
Been chasing forever for someone that's right
Only to find that person is chasing after someone perfect to suit their life
Been chasing for that perfect person for so long I don’t think I still know what I want
Cause no in this world fits the description of perfect that I have in mind
7 billion people yet we're all alone
to the same disease, I think we're prone
The nearest people around us we don't see
For we've set our sight's beyond what our eyes can see
The simple attempts aren't enough for our hearts to be pleased
We all forgot reality and we're chasing the person in our dreams
We cloud our eyes with illusions of things we cannot reach
Maybe that's who we're are, maybe that's what the Bible teach
We all gave our lives to a Messiah we've never seen
Simple people, simple things don't mean a thing
