When?

When there is no more meaning to the word you call your life
when does it mean it is worthless?
when do you know it is the right time to let go?
it is when the love you still want does not care anymore
it is when no one seems to call or even send you a "Hello"
when your family has called you a whore and shunned you
when your not even trusted to stay alone in your home for more than  an hour
when your appearance is all that people see in you and your personality does not matter anymore

If my "perfect" body disappeared if I just disappeared all together
would anyone truly care
