In The Silence
In the silence of the still dark night
the moonbeam's glow
cries out to me
bringing forth light
amid trepidation
to what was lost in translation
There is hope
where once was only despair
promise, where all was lost
breath, as I was gasping for air
I wonder if the moonbeams are
shining down on you too
whispering out my name
comforting you in the night
showing you the light
In the silence of the still dark night
caressing all my fear
I hear you loud and clear
the moonbeam's glow
cries out to me
bringing forth light
amid trepidation
to what was lost in translation
There is hope
where once was only despair
promise, where all was lost
breath, as I was gasping for air
I wonder if the moonbeams are
shining down on you too
whispering out my name
comforting you in the night
showing you the light
In the silence of the still dark night
caressing all my fear
I hear you loud and clear
